<Pat says, in her Post #14622, that Cioffi has more shares now than a year ago. This does not compute from your numbers, unless he has been given a ton of shares in the firm, as part of his compensation, during the past year. Any comments??>
Could be, I don't know. He was "gifted" some shares according to one post I read here. He probably also has warrants and options that he can exercise.
The point of my post was, according to the 144 posted here, he sold 300,000 shares over the last year, and this constituted over 30% of his reported stake. By many people's evaluation here, this should be considered a cause for concern.
Sufficient cause to bail out? Personally, *I* don't think so. Sufficient cause to take a closer, careful look? You decide.
