Michael, re: Memory Stick, IMHO, is just more of the same. How can such a brilliant company keep making the same mistake over and over? Because the huge rewards for owning an industry standard are so seductive. And if you back off, you still have to support all the products that you have sold, so there is a cost driver to the decision. John
