The three sell offs since the high have only gone down to the 5 1/8 area. I think that was the most oversold it will go. I don't know if the stock price will go much lower than 5 1/8 if it even goes there again. From a chart stand point and using the past spikes and retracements as a guide, the 5 1/2 area makes a lot of sense for basing. Any buy under 5 1/2 will not have a lot of risk to it. Waiting for the 4 area again may be a little too ambitious in my opinion.
