Hotel rates for aarp .. i always found you could get same rate by just asking for it.

When booking online with most hotels, you can just click the box for the AARP rate. I've never been asked for proof that I belong (I did, but no longer do).

To get the AAA rate with most hotels, you have to plug in your AAA number.

I use Priceline now for most of my reservations. Staying at an all Suite hotel in suburban Seattle tomorrow night for $55.00. Next night is in the Bellevue Doubletree for $65.00 (lowest online rate was $89.00).
