Seriously: My observations:

1. TECHNICAL: www.tscn.com/wsc/technical.html: (a) Insider trading went positive for the first time when the stock went below a dollar. (b) The on balance volume line is at the $10 mark long-term. (Other stocks often hit that that long term line eventually if business progress remains good.) (c) Stochastics is on the verge of a new buy signal.

2. OPINION: The tech works, potential is huge. I think the company miscalculated the political scene, timing, and the army. Blum is said to be an eccentric and not trusted by some. He plays the shell game to keep the co afloat like a lot of pennies do while waiting for economic success to float the ship. At least he hasn't diluted the stock so much like some do. Son-in-law relationship is suspect. So, the market is punishing the stock for these things.

If the co can show proof of it's mission, and Blum stays in the background and allows competent management to guide the ship, while providing financial backing as needed, he won't matter too much.

My bet (and, I suppose includes some wishful thinking) is that the market over-reacted and some buyers are once burned/twice shy, there will be continued commercialization, the insiders know best, and we will see higher stock price soon. Maybe a 10 bagger from here.
