More on the question of why the convertible debt holders did it. I think they lost interest in the deal i.e. the payout on the preferred shares is I believe less. I think they gained time i.e. the convertible feature lasts longer and they got I believe a better conversion price. They got the warrants. It is interesting to say the least. Anyone have a slant on this?
