FIDO,

<<<< High processing and compression power also make it possible to produce images with resolutions

images of 640 x 480 pixels, with quality similar to computer images. >>>>

I agree! I think that there are tremendous implications here for n-hand. I have always viewed n-hand as a lower end consumer product, but it could certainly find a spot as an upper end solution for storage for professionals. What with the storage requirements and the decrease in physical size of these new generation digital cameras, n-hand could be a perfect fit.

One can't accurately predict what the future may bring, but there are enough signs along the way to it, to heighten one's expectations.

Short Iomega? You would have to be nuts!

Regards,

Ira
