The percentage of the population who claim to understand Elliot is the inverse proportion of the reliability rating of LuLU's 5ESS switch. As I see it, TSE, not the exchange, was long on verbal skills and a wee bit short on math. Thus the inability to clearly spit out the answers we all desire.

In plain English, I once worked for an enterprising fella from the Emerald Isle, decades ago who put it this way:
