To all: It seems that the merger is applauded in many ways. Financially- Moodys reviews COMS for potential upgrade Technologically- Most of Silicon valley feels the merger makes sense and creates the "prototype" networker Businesswise- Most of the distribution channel and OEMs like the deal. (MUEI announcement today) Essentially the only negative voice is coming from Wall Street and it's "whats in it for me in the next 8 minutes mentality". There are definately short term issues but as a businees this makes sense. good luck everyone! GG
