As for the SEC filing, nothing new. No new news, as Martin already stated. Here is an excerpt from the filing for those who don't want to skim over it. The number of shares of common stock authorized to be issued under the Plan is 20,000,000. The prior registration statement filed on Form S-8 (Registration No. 333-52271) registered an initial 12,000,000 shares authorized to be issued under the Plan. This registration statement registers the remaining 8,000,000 shares authorized to be issued under the Plan. So what? Nothing new here. I love the panic!!! SELL, SELL RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!!!!
