>>Take some more shots at France<<

It's not a matter of taking shots at
France. France is simply pursuing its national interest, which is to keep Darfur refugees from spreading into Chad beyond the camps on the Chad side of the border; it might destabilize an already tenuous domestic political situation in its former colony. Moreover, France intends to maintain good relations with the Khartoum regime and thus has been playing an obstructionist role in the UN Security Council resolution debates, contributing a pittance (not much more than Luxemburg at the last count I've seen) to the UN fund for Darfur refugees and supplying no rpt no troops or aircraft food drops to assist the hundreds of thousands displaced and suffering inside Darfur.
