did she win her charges? If she did I can understand your anger at her. However, if she won the charges perhaps it was your leadership style which created the issue for her and even others.

While living in St. Louis I spoke with the CEO of then McDonnell Douglas AirCraft, he stated that he had to change the labor/manager relationship of the corporation environment. He stated that by his directive, he changed the relationship by offering his subordinate management training in a participatory style of management. The consequences, if his middle management did not accept and implement a new style of management they were offered retirement, implementation of the "peter principle," moving them to their highest level of their competence, or be terminated.

Joe would be a more knowledgeable individual to indicate how the change worked out if he is aware of the implementation.
