FELONY: (Perjury) “every employee of the State Department has to sign and swear that they have turned over all of their papers, classified and unclassified, that they had when they were in the office in the State Department.” If they sign it and they have broken that pledge, it’s a felony, they could go to prison, they could be disqualified from public office.”

FELONY: leaving the State department without turning over all government documents.

FELONY: (Obstruction or Anticipated Obstruction of Justice): It is a crime (18 U.S.C. §1519) to destroy even one message to prevent it from being subpoenaed and Slithery even voted for §1519 in 2002 making the crime easier to prove. Her (most likely) acts are punishable by disbarment (she’s a lawyer) and by up to 20 years imprisonment. I hope she gets 20 per document they find.

FELONY: “fines, imprisonment, or both may be imposed for the willful and unlawful removal or destruction of records as stated in the U.S. Criminal Code (e.g., 18 U.S.C., section 2071).”

She was TWO YEARS LATE and only coughed up the information because she was caught. Otherwise, her entire emails, texts, tweets, etc. - OFFICIAL correspondence during her tenure as SEC-STATE would have disappeared into oblivion!
