I believe that is poor logic.

<<Mark: Since you wish to refute, answer the question. How long does it take to do an SFA? Hours? Days? Minutes?>>

AS you well know, it is not only the question of re-running assays. They have to come up with not only the "What" but the "Why" and "How". Are you a scientist? Do you know how long it should take to not only rerun assays, but compare them to old results, study any differences in numbers and figure out why there are any differences, or why if there wasnt, other labs cant get them? You have no idea how long it should take, because it is impossible to know.

As far as the letter, I dont know what the letter says, it may only say we are continuing testing, I dont know, and neither do you.

<<Many shareholders I beleive are uninformed and fail to execute the proxies. >>

My guess is that there are few uninformed shareholders in naxos. Most keep pretty close tabs on what is going on, IMO. If they arent keeping close tabs, then it is fair to say that they aren't upset enough with curent management to motivate them to vote their shares.

<<Compensation tied to stock performance works. End of story>>
why, becase it you say it does. My opinion is it is popular in bull markets because management cn make more money for themselves, not because they believe in it as a motivational tool. I have read many aricles tht state they believe that the current trend of incentivizing mangement through options is creating a very dnagerous trend of short term, bottom line thinking that endangers long range planning and views.
As I said before, I would like sid to personaly own more shares, but he doesnt. he is the short term CEO, so i am not that concerned. I am more concerned with isssues that re more pressing in my mind, such as the efficacy of the prior numbers by LeDoux and the upcoming report by Russell.
