Upgrading a Pentium 200 to a Pentium 233 MMX cont.. from ROMT2 ___________________________________________________________________ Drive d....123 mb capacity....87.mb used. (70%) I guess thats 1.23 and 870)Drive c (from my original 386 system that was upgraded to the 100 and now 200) 505 mb capacity...473mb used. (94%) What doesnt make sense is i tried to download something and it said I DIDNT HAVE ROOM but look at the remaining d drive space ! I'm not complaining about the speed except when i've got numerous things going at once..... when i've got Datek in one window, webstreet on 2 others, yahoo on one and SI on another things get slow. How do I check my actual access speed and modum size ? Sometimes it makes funny noises too. One of the harddrives i think. What about Cache, video card,video memory, graphics accelorater, modum and so forth ? Its slow to load Webstreet up same with Datek since they got more graphics. The damn graphics slow me down I think. And is it hard to transfer stuff from an old drive ? I also want to get win 98 and 2 monitors going dont forget.
