locking up people for a year with no contact with an attorney that I find slightly disturbing.


That is because you insist on looking upon it as catching and prosecuting criminals, rather than capturing and killing Terrorists. None of these people are going to get "Read Their Rights." You don't like this, and never will, but it is the way we are going to get them.
