Bombs dropping all over the place: Tuesday February 24, 4:15 pm ET NEW YORK, Feb 24 (Reuters) - MGI Pharma Inc. (NasdaqNM:MOGN - News) on Tuesday proposed an offering of $200 million in convertible notes due in 2024. The company said it has granted the initial purchasers a 30-day option to purchase additional notes for gross proceeds of up to $30 million. MGI said it intends to use the balance of the net proceeds from the offering to continue development of its business, including potential product and product candidate acquisitions.
