I have a gut feeling that there is some good news in the pipeline for next week regarding the spin-off of pcquote.com. I usually don't pay much attention ot posting on message boards however there are some claims on Yahoo that the selection of the Investment Bankers is complete. I know that this selection process has been going on for a long time and that the finalization should be viewed as a possitive. The company had been waiting to release Q4 results before announcing their intentions to spin-off pcquote.com. They had to do this because when the decision to do this was made, Q3 results were to old to be considered for the registration statement (S-1).
