You had it right the first time, it is... cpuc.ca.gov Something must have been wrong with my ISP. I was having problems getting out to other areas on the net, so I disconnected and redialed. Now I can get to the site just fine. Anyway, this does NOT look good for TWT. I hope they release some information about there involvment. I hope that it turns out to be just a problem with Heartline. Bob, can't you give us your side of the story. We know that you must know something about this. Thanks!
