Paul, interesting, it supports my PS theory. The particular Dell model I have has the i815 chipset ( which has video display problems in Win2K BTW maybe you can help me with those ) but the PS is lacking. Your PS is probably better and a celeron 700Mhz has lower power requirements than a 1Ghz Coppermine. Constantine
