I can't recommend a specific EOD data provider. I strongly wish that Q+ carried Canadian stocks - it would simplify my decision significantly!

I can't speak to quality / service. I expect there may be issues around timely notification of splits. I've begun to look deeper into stocklogic and stockwiz.
