That is 1/5 th of an oz of gold per ton, open pit and right next to mill and open in all directions. Sure seems like a hell of a strike to me?

Mr. Serge Roy reports

METANOR DRILLS 6.12 G/T AU OVER 37.8M (36.1 M TRUE WIDTH) 80M SOUTH OF THE OPEN PIT AT BARRY

Metanor Resources Inc. is releasing positive and encouraging results from its drilling campaign on the Barry property. Diamond drill hole MB-08-297 intersected a wide mineralized zone grading 6.12 grams per tonne Au over 37.8 metres. This mineralized zone is located 80 m to the south of the open pit, at 25 m below surface, and results obtained confirm the significant potential for additional resources in this gold-bearing zone.

Diamond drill holes in the Western pit confirmed the continuity of mineralized zones close to surface and also showed a potential for new resources. Significant intersections were obtained between five and 29 m below surface and the best intersections include 4.85 g/t Au over 15.0 m in hole MB-08-265 and 4.55 g/t Au over 13.5 m in hole MB-08-285.

The continuity at depth of the gold-bearing zones between the Western pit and the East pit was confirmed with holes MB-08-262 which returned intersections of 3.48 g/t Au over 7.5 m creating potential new resources. Zone 45 (West pit) was extended toward the southwest by approximately 115 m with hole MB-08-287 which intersected a mineralized zone made of disseminated pyrite more than 30 m thick. Further results are still pending. The true width is approximately 95 per cent of the core length listed in the attached table.

The present drilling campaign confirmed the continuity of mineralized zones extending southwest of the Barry open pit. Results of certain diamond drill holes in this sector show significant gold-bearing intersections which made it possible to confirm mineralized zones of the West pit and its extensions with the other mineralized zones of the East pit. These drilling results and results of the channelling of the stripping area that will be available in the coming weeks should make it possible to significantly increase the area and resources of the present open pit.

Metanor has implemented and adheres to a strict quality assurance/quality control program which includes mineralized standards and blanks for each batch of samples. Assay samples are taken from split drill core. Analyses are either performed at Techni-lab S.G.B. Abitibi Inc. in Sainte-Germaine Boule, Que., ALS-Chemex in Val d'Or, Que., or at the Bachelor mine laboratory.
