I have added the elliott wave count and if my count is correct we have finished wave two and are now starting wave three of the grand supercycle. Elliott wave rules state that wave threes are never the shortest and usually the longest. So we could start picking up steam starting about here. Also the entire pattern is a cup and handle pattern. stockcharts.com
