RISK FACTORS from Zitel's 10-K filing (3rd in a series) "The mix of the products marketed by the Company has been evolving over the last three years and the Company is now offering additional software products and Year 2000 conversion services. Due to all of the foregoing factors, the Company believes that period-to-period comparisons of its results of operations are not necessarily meaningful and should not be relied upon as an indicator of future performance.
