Shane-you say "Besides LSI reprices those options every year."... How do we turn in these depreciated stock certificates for a job certificate? <gg>
I can only find one instance in the last 4 years that LSI repriced options on a retroactive basis- on 8/16/96 they repriced outstanding options priced above 32.13 to the then market value of 22.38 for employees except executive officers. They may well do it again but I don"t see where they do it every year. (hopefully, the stock doesn't go down every year)
Couldn"t a case be made that if I'm a hotshot in the SOC industry that I might be attracted to LSI from somewhere else because I notice the depressed share price and feel I'm getting a better shot at the gold after considering vesting periods?
