fingolfen, AMD has a stated quantispeed of 3400 by end of 2002. What the hell are you talking about? That's if and only if they actually get the hammer out, and if and only if it's more scalable than the N'wood, and if and only if their SOI process buys them a lot more than it's likely to... Too many "if's" in there which require absolutely flawless execution by AMD with a hefty dose of luck...
