The 403-3 vote was also an eye-opener for millions because it appears to again show that the Democrats have no ideas/policy/solution that they are willing to actually vote for. They are willing to sling mud but have no stomach to actually create a policy or plan and actually vote for it for all to see. Democrats (many not all) already are uncomfortable with quotes on the record from just 2-3 years ago coming back to haunt them - votes on the record are even worse! They must be avoided. I was for it before I was against it or maybe I was against it before I was for it?
