I don't think so. Apple was being held back during the last days of Jobs' because of the fear of what will happen next. Once it became clear that at least for the short term, it wasn't going to be a problem, the stock went up according to potential and fact.

At this point, Apple's PE is 12! That is less than 19 at KO and most blue chips. It is almost the same as all the old guard tech companies that aren't growing at all or very little. This is a problem of the management and they should do something. Stock price and PE are a reflection of what people think about the company's products and future. At this point, the investors are saying that both are going downhill FASTER than most other tech companies. That is very strange...

EDIT: Even a very inexperienced management of FB seemed to have corrected its ways after a shellacking. This company doesn't seem to get it or care. That was the perception of FB before their stock went down.
