Reaper: This is my 2 cents about SHPGY from my technical point of view. Short term, that is reading from daily chart, it is over sold. Which means it is due to a rebound immidiately. Long term, that is reading from weekly chart, it is a huge downward triangle. Which means it is a good short candidate. So, I think you can short it either on the following rebound, or short it on the break of the following consolidate.
