I am not an accountant or a finance guy. Have worked closely with them though, all of the ones I met were scrupulous with financial reporting to ensure matters were clearly understood. Mainly because of previous history of companies being sparse with the real facts until it was too late.

There is obviously a segment of USA management who don't desire this clear method of doing business.

George Bush is strong on law and order. He should ensure the whole lot of Enron's management get thrown in jail who even had less then a gram of dishonesty in them.

Or is there a difference in justice in Texas just for poor folk?
