Hank & Hank

My Dell shares quadruppled in one year before is sold.
So don't tell me how to make money on this stock.

I can understand you think it is silly when I say "this
stocks is different". There is no other stock I would
say the same things about. And remember, I'm not blind and
didn't fell in love because I sold when I thought it was
overvalued.

You also have to consider that for a short, the time-frame
is more important, than for me, the bull. If the fundamentals
are good the worst that can happen is that I have to wait.

Last few weeks I bought stocks, most of them blue chips (CPQ,
DELL, INTC, and 2 dutch blue chips BAANF & ASMLF). In my
opinion they were relatively cheap, and the worst that can
happen is that they become even cheaper (which happend).
I was aware of the fact that there was a chance that we
would retest the lows which were set a few weeks ago. But
I wouldn't take the risk of waiting too long and see them
fly away. I'm not experienced enough to predict what the
market will do short-term.
As I posted yesterday I sit still when I'm shaved. I will
no way panic or sell no matter what happens, because imo
we are to close to bottom, whereever that may be. The only
thing that really scares me is the low unemployment-rate.
This is for sure not a shortterm problem.

Maybe you noticed I didn't mention CTXS as a blue chip.
I have to admit that I have no idea how their fundamentals
will look next year.
But I'm willing to take a risk on this one, although I've no
intention of holding it for many years. Too much uncertainty.
But there is a fair chance they will do great, because they
really have a hot product.
And so far it is one of the few stocks in my portofolio
that went up in the last few weeks (SPAZ is the other).

At this moment I'm managing a project that we (Origin) do for
the dutch railways. I'm responsible for the software, EDS is responsible for the hardware.
We're having serious problems with the response over the WAN
(16 servers, 400 clients).
There is a chance EDS will do a pilot with CTXS next week
to solve the problem.
If that will happen I will let you know.

You asked for another stock. I'm not able to short stocks.
But the stock with the worst fundamentals, worst numbers etc.
I could find is IAIC.

I also would advice you to keep both feet on the ground. You
are a little bit to arrogant lately. I can handle that, but
remember that it can cost you money. No one can predict the
market, even you. And again, I still think your arguments
sucks.

I think today could be a turning point.
We were pretty close to the lows of two weeks ago. And INTC,
DELL & CPQ were very strong today. I think you should at least
take this serious.

Wish you all the best.
