Spoke with Mary Seaver at IR today (781) 647-1234. I was trying to clarify NSIL's competition. I constantly see the ELON comparision, but really they are different markets. NSIL competition for appliance chips is MOT, INTC, and Peerless to name a few. Overseas sales is over 40%, thought exact number not handy. Big application of NSIL appliance chips is in copiers, scanners, cameras, and other imaging devices. Also NSIL expanding into telecommunication and industrial automation. Customers include Ricoh, Toshiba, and Minolta to name a few. Hope this clarifies some issues for NSIL holders. Jack
