I am referring to the information that was provided with the proxy. It stated that just because we were voting to give the board of directors the authority to double the number of shares, it should not be interpreted that there is going to be another split. I am not trying to knock this stock down...just telling you what I read. I personally believe ASCEND is still a great stock and a great investment. I own this stock and if I had some cash I would buy more at these prices (60ish).
