Hi John, nice to see you in the #9 position with the bird. Have you been following the interest shown by Scorpio in a JV at Mineral Ridge? It has accounted for a lot of the gain this year. Could be Golden Phoenix may make it back yet.

Great to shed WEX, for the most part anyway. Not sure if you saw that Reuben Brant finally passed on.

I still have a good sized position in GPXM.
