This whole area is getting more and more competitive. The only possible problem I see with BEAV is their management ability, which I know very little about. Though it's somewhat like comparing apples and oranges, how would you rate BEAV in comparison to a company like MOOG AEROSPACE (MOG.A), which regularly shows up in the list of 100 best companies to work for?
