Likewise, I feel confident that the company is no longer selling shares. Prior to January, I bought shares from the company directly. They sold shares to keep the doors open. Since they now operate in the black, the practice was halted effective Jan. 31.

I originally got in this stock almost a year ago. I own only a small number of shares at this time (as I sold most for DGIV recently) but am saving pennies to put back in. I do call the company about once a month. In their stock selling days, they had an outside IR selling the shares and talking with investors. I think the stock price got hammered by all the info. that came out before its time -- a lot of 'buy on rumor, sell on news' and the company has since become quiet conservative in their release of news and new contracts. If it's not final and they don't have their customer's approval to release the news, they aren't going to do it.

In talking with IR a few days ago, it does sound like a number of possibilities sitting on the table waiting for release approvals.

IMHO, TSIS really does seem to be a company worth being patient with and holding long. I really think the shareholders are going to be rewarded for their patience.

My 2cents,

Silver
