You know, I still can't find any of these articles through Yahoo or PCFN. Hmmmm... I really would hate to ever think I was buying in to a conspiracy theory (and tend to ignore anyone who uses the word "conspiracy"), but I'm real curious to see if any of these stories gets wider coverage. Today would be, by far, the worst possible day for any negative news about/from AOL in addition to the financials, which are already expected to be very negative. Having news come out at the same time that adds to the "flakey" image, in addition to news that portrays AOL as bullying and alienating important content providers, will give them "deep hurting".
