Sh: I don't believe Fred is the right individual to run the company either BUT Mark's statements relative to Fred's supposed assignments for the company last year are not quite accurate. (I don't believe Mark intentionally misstates either before we get that argument going.)It is my understanding that while Fred was "in charge" of several tasks at the firm, JJ and the spaghetti backbone board was still the final decision maker at the time Fred was "in charge". Hardly fair under those circumstances to hold him accountable for everything which did not transpire. JLA
