Wigglesworth................................

<< If we wanted to sell out, we would have pursued a cash deal, and we probably would have ended up with a different company,>>

This tells me (1) USR did not want to sell. (2) And if they did look for a buyer COMS would not have been in a position to bid high enough to buy it. And someone like ROK or Cisco would have.

<<(Wouldn't USRX holders be interested in entertaining this idea?)>>

Of course we would! However I don't believe he was indicating or expressing any opinion about a possible offer being tendered by someone else.

I myself believe Cowell to have the foresight to know what is required NOW to be prepared for the rapid growth coming in the market, and attempting to grow USR fast enough on it's own won't work. So this is the best way he can see to do it.

If Cisco were to buy USR I would exit the stock ASAP. USR & Cisco would be a major problem merging! IMO
