Jack, It seems like it is very difficult to get brokerage houses to understand what this is. It is not a stock split. It is a share dividend that would more closely be termed a spin-off. Maybe you ought to get back with them. Also, it is my understanding that the dividend shares are "in the mail" now for those who registered their shares. I did not receive mine this afternoon. I was wondering if anyone out there received anything in the mail yet. --Coz
