Received today the notice of redemption. The shares are redeemed as of Thursday Dec 14th. Assuming that dissent has been registered (I haven't had any confirmation either, we have three options. 1. Sell in the market 2. Ask the custodian to send the shares in for redemption. 3. Continue the dissent process by following procedure outlined in "b" and "c" on page 43 of the Management Proxy Circular.

I plan to do the latter. I am awaiting an opinion from Canada's top legal firm and expect to have them accompany me when we present our case to the judge, whenever that is. I am angry and will see it through no matter how long it takes.

Last week I also contacted the office of the shareholder who was quoted in the press as saying he would also be taking them to court but for some reason I haven't heard back from him. Perhaps he has thrown in the towel.

Nowhere in the notice of redemption is there any reference to "dissent" but you wouldn't expect these pricks to tell you anything, would you?
