I have been doing this as well, but be careful to how much it drops. If you re-write these calls with lower strike prices, you may get called-out at a loss and that's no fun. Happened to me with SCOP after 3 months of pure fun, then Bang!, lost all I have made in those 3 months in 2 weeks. Gotta have some put protection as well I think.
