Nobody can sue Road Walker

People who are injured or mistreated should have recourse and should be compensated. No doubt about it. However, most of the time it could be done through arbitration at the State Board level or some other less expensive venue. Only a minority of cases needs to end up in the court system.

This reminds me a story I heard from a friend who lives in Amsterdam. His Mother in Law died of breast cancer. She was misdiagnosed and repeatedly suffered long delays, and generally was treated very poorly. Under their system, the family had no recourse at all. They complained, and that was it. Didn't even receive an apology.

Not everything is so perfect down in ol' Europe. Here, this would be a million dollar lawsuit.
