Do you think market will see through this accounting creativity?

The market will see what it wants to see.... :0) They are looking for a reason to spend the last bit of mutual fund money and hopefully burn the "bears" just a little bit more.

Personally, I see earnings have been mixed. We're seeing strength in financials and service companies, but manufacturing sectors are getting hit with excess inventory.

And we just had all of that money come in from those last minute IRA, 401K contributors. That should be good for a couple of hundred more points on the Dow and then correction.

Btw, anyone taken a look at INTC's filing yet and reviewed their discussion on Y2K?? I won't have a chance to hunt it down until tomorrow or Thursday.
