Sorry to report that a Lehman IPO in the medical device area has been cancelled due to lack of interest. It is called Enact, and a thread has been started on Enact by yours truly. The only problem with this wonderful IPO was that a) the business plan was flawed, especially in the area of diabetic monitering and 2) it is possible that their device could ADD costs to the health care system and 3) it was absurdly overvalued at the IPO price. Besides that, I loved it. Perhaps Lehman can do something for some other deserving company? Change the symbol, split the stock, give away T-shirts, who knows. How about a trip to Nassau? Oh, was that Nassau, Long Island or the one in the Caribbean?
