I remember being told it's 25000 sq. ft. in area.
The traffic is what I would call "medium".
It's on the main road into the small town of Salem, which to the best of my knowledge, doesn't have any other grocery store. Also, there are
a couple of neighborhoods nearby on the mountainside that consist of fairly expensive homes.
