Money, of course, makes a difference if you send your kid to an elite prep school- but money for regular kids in public education? Suddenly money doesn't do any good. I have to ROFL. Money is the answer- the question is, how much can we afford, and how much of the problem can we fix? Now I certainly understand people who don't want to spend money on education- but don't be ridiculous and try to argue that money doesn't help. Money always helps everything, and having it is great- and allows you to have air conditioned buses for field trips, and insurance for sports, and top equipment, and good facilities, and support people- like aides and librarians, and techs- and without money you do not have those things.

Money matters, money always matters, and if you want to be cheap, at least admit you want to be cheap- don't try to argue that cheap gets you a better system- because it is pretty obvious that it does not. I've seen educational institutions with money, and ones without money- and there's no comparison.
