The problem is we have crony Capitalism not really Capitalism. For free markets and Capitalism to work it has to be underpinned by the rule of law. This reigns in excesses etc. People blame Capitalism for problems when its not really Capitalism that is at fault. I guess what we really have now is "Corporatism"
