The problem I see is the Sunnis dont have much if any oil (though I understand there have been some discoveries on Sunnie land not yet developed). Frankly, I fail to understand why they cant have STATES RIGHTS just as we had in this country before they got so weakened. There are what, 18 provinces, why not 18 states, maybe even make Baghdad the capital with its own voting bloc thus 19 seperate entitities united under a federal government. Whats wrong with that? jdn
