it appears she plans on 20 hours a week studying for equivalency as never ending. It's a joke. She is setting on her butt with no intention of ever finishing up and getting a job. This all goes back to the 70's concept that we shouldn't expect these welfare mothers to do anything but set home and look after their illegitimate kids. The only way to snap this cycle is to quit funding it. Once the girls coming up see that these mothers have a rough time coming of working and looking after their kids, their outlook changes. We saw this with the last welfare cut in 98.
